About this event

This meeting will provide an opportunity for colleagues working across RLUK member libraries to continue to discuss the future of digital scholarship and how the DSN, and its working groups, might enable this.

This session will include a brief recap of the work of the DSN, the network action plan, and will then break into four focused workshop sessions (facilitated through Zoom breakout rooms), each led by one of the DSN's four working groups:

  1. Technical: create an environment for sharing technical expertise and delivering shared innovation.
  2. Strategy and advocacy: to share approaches to business planning and advocacy for digital scholarship services within research libraries.
  3. Partnership and collaboration: enable partnerships with researchers around digital scholarship, and between member libraries.
  4. Skills and training: to enable the development of digital scholarship skills within research libraries.

The workshops will explore the ongoing work being undertaken by the four working groups and where they can make the greatest impact in the future. You DO NOT need to be a member of a working group to attend this meeting, and it is open to anyone working in relation to digital scholarship within an RLUK member library.

Delegates should select which working group they wish to attend during registration and further details of the DSN can be found here: https://www.rluk.ac.uk/rluk-dsn/.
